Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Wes graduated from Bethel University with a Business Degree and quickly discovered his passion for real estate. In his first year, he closed $12.1 million in sales, consistently delivering results for both buyers and sellers. Possessing exceptional customer service, Wes offers an in depth knowledge and understanding of South Walton’s unique neighborhoods and communities. He works closely with his clients and provides regular communication ensuring each transaction is as seamless as possible. As a former three time All Conference baseball player in college, it’s no surprise Wes’s competitive nature makes him a natural negotiator and well known for going above and beyond what is expected.
Before real estate, Wes was the team leader of a sales and vacation rental company. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and the outdoors including fishing, hunting, camping, and traveling.
Zach Bailey joined Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019 as a buyer’s agent for the Warren Group. He relocated to northwest Florida from Nashville to join lifelong friend, Wes Warren, in the real estate business.
He earned a degree in management and marketing, with a specialization in professional sales, from the University of Alabama. After college, he worked on a three-person team for Depuy Orthopedics, generating more than $7 million in annual sales in the greater Nashville area. That experience he said, gave him the ability to think quickly on his feet and problem-solve on the spot.
Zach is a natural at engaging with new people and enjoys hearing their stories, which motivates him to work even harder. He works with clients from the east end of Panama City Beach, all along 30A, and into Destin. He credits his background in sports with stimulating his competitive nature to help ensure he does everything possible for each transaction.
In the past, Zach has participated in mission trips to Nicaragua, leading baseball camps and delivering supplies. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, traveling and golfing.
